1. About betr.gsc
betr.gsc is a Google Search Console analytics tool currently in development, operated by designtakt GmbH, Switzerland. By joining the waitlist you agree to these terms.
2. Waitlist
Signing up for the waitlist does not guarantee access to betr.gsc, create a binding contract, or entitle you to any service. We reserve the right to change, delay, or cancel the product at any time without notice.
3. Beta access
When betr.gsc launches, beta access will be provided free of charge. Beta software is provided "as is" without any warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Features and pricing may change before general availability.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use betr.gsc to violate any applicable law, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and code comprising this website and betr.gsc are the property of designtakt GmbH. Google Search Console is a registered trademark of Google LLC. betr.gsc is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, designtakt GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use betr.gsc.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered seat of designtakt GmbH.
