Terms of Service

betr.gsc is a Google Search Console analytics tool operated by designtakt GmbH, Hallerstrasse 60, 3012 Bern, Switzerland. By creating an account or using the service at app.betrgsc.com, you agree to these terms.

You sign up using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your betr.gsc account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

betr.gsc offers a free tier that is available indefinitely and a paid Pro tier billed monthly. Current pricing is shown on our website. New accounts start with a 14-day trial of the full Pro feature set. After the trial, your account continues on the free tier unless you choose to subscribe to Pro. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or feature allocations with 30 days' notice to active users.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. If payment fails, we will notify you and may downgrade your account to the free tier after a grace period.

betr.gsc accesses your Google Search Console data in read-only mode via the Google Search Console API. We process this data to provide analytics features such as cluster scoring, content decay detection, and branded traffic splitting. You retain full ownership of your Search Console data. We do not access, modify, or store data from any other Google service.

You agree not to: violate any applicable law; infringe third-party rights; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service; share your account credentials; or use betr.gsc to harm or mislead others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We aim to keep betr.gsc available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or experience outages. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

All content, branding, and code comprising this website and betr.gsc are the property of designtakt GmbH. Google Search Console is a trademark of Google LLC. betr.gsc is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, designtakt GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use betr.gsc, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered seat of designtakt GmbH in Bern, Switzerland.
